RETURNS, SHIPPING & POLICIES

PROCESSING TIMES 

  • After placing your order, please allow at least 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. This is a one woman show! 
  • If something comes up that prevents packing time, this will be communicated via email to all affected, as well as via social media update. 
  • Processing time estimate does not include weekends or holidays. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges on my products at this time. Please reach out to me via email in the event of unsatisfactory goods (damaged, wrong item, etc). and we can arrange a resolution!
  • In the event of unsatisfactory goods, please reach out within 2 weeks of receiving your item in order to guarantee I can resolve it.

COMMISSIONS 

  • Currently, I am not accepting commissions. I do, however, accept suggestions via social media. This does not guarantee your suggestion will be drawn! 

SHIPPING 

  • Shipping will be by USPS postage for items such as prints and stickers by default. It is untracked. Please allow anywhere from 5-10 business days after your order ships for it to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived within this window, please feel free to send an email to [email protected] 
  • Shipping by default is untracked. Please elect for tracked shipping if you would prefer updates on your package, 
  • Email me to make any changes to your order within 48 hours of your purchase. Any messages sent later than this I cannot guarantee changes! Changes include updates to shipping address,swaps between same priced items and additional packaging requests. 
  • I currently only ship domestically within the US. Sorry for any inconvenience! 1 am hoping to expand this in the future 
I am not responsible for misdelivered or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the postal service. Please contact your local post office if there are issues with your delivery!
